What payment methods are offered?
With us, you have a wide range of options to choose from.
The most popular are PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMAX etc.) or Klarna.
Our payment provider Stripe also offers further options, including payment with cryptocurrency.
What fees are involved?
We do not charge any fees for using any particular payment method.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds are always issued exclusively to the payment method used for the original payment.
If you pay for your items with PayPal, you will receive the refund to the same account.
Do you also offer payment by invoice?
Purchase on account is also possible via our payment partner Klarna .
The decision to accept a purchase on account rests solely with Klarna; unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
Questions and answers about shipping
Which courier will deliver my stickers?
For orders up to 1kg, we ship exclusively via large letter or book/merchandise shipment with Deutsche Post.
This allows us to keep costs low for you while still relying on a top partner.
Should the volume increase, we will use DHL parcels and packages.
How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are based on the order quantity and weight. In addition to the actual postage costs, the shipping costs also include secure packaging, packaging materials, and the costs of delivery to the shipping provider.
We charge the following prices:
- Large letter up to 500g - €2.99
- Book shipment - €3.99
- DHL parcel - €6.99

How long does shipping take?
There are usually less than 24 hours between order receipt and shipment.
Once your order arrives at the post office/DHL, it should reach you within 2-5 business days. The exact delivery time will be displayed at checkout and varies depending on item availability and our shop's workload.
How does the exchange process work?
